開始48時間前まで：無料
開始48時間前から24時間前まで：料金の50%
開始24時間前以降・無断キャンセル：料金の100%

荒天、施設都合、講師都合の場合は、振替または全額返金します。コートや交通機関の規定により別途実費が発生する場合があります。

サポーター会員

継続課金は次回更新日前までに info@kae-tokumoto.com へご連絡ください。次回以降の課金を停止します。支払済み期間の日割り返金、提供済みデジタル特典、使用済みレッスン券の返金は行いません。

48 hours or more before start: no fee
24–48 hours before start: 50%
Less than 24 hours or no-show: 100%

If cancelled due to weather, venue or instructor circumstances, we will reschedule or issue a full refund. Separate venue or travel charges may apply under third-party rules.

Supporter Memberships

Contact info@kae-tokumoto.com before the next renewal date to stop future billing. We do not prorate paid periods or refund delivered digital benefits or used lesson tickets.
