本規約は、当サイトが提供するサポーター会員、レッスン予約その他のサービスに適用されます。利用者は正確な情報を登録し、アカウントを適切に管理してください。
料金、決済周期および特典は申込画面に表示します。継続課金は解約されるまで各周期で更新されます。禁止行為、不正利用、他者への権利侵害がある場合は利用を停止できるものとします。
天災、交通事情、施設都合、選手の大会日程等によりサービスを変更・中止する場合があります。当サイトの責任は、故意または重過失がある場合を除き、利用者が支払った当該サービス料金を上限とします。
本規約は日本法を準拠法とし、紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の合意管轄裁判所とします。
Terms of Service
These terms apply to supporter memberships, lesson bookings and other services. Users must provide accurate information and manage their accounts securely.
Prices, billing cycles and benefits are shown at checkout. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled. We may suspend use involving fraud, abuse or infringement of others.
Services may be changed or cancelled due to weather, travel, venue availability or tournament schedules. Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
These terms are governed by Japanese law, with the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
